Traditional Lakeland Guest House only a few minutes walk from Windermere village and railway station. ALL ROOMS NON-SMOKING. Ten minutes walk to Lake Windermere through pretty, county lane. Pleasant, twenty minute walk to viewpoint looking over the lake and mountains. Serving typical English breakfast plus cereals, fruit, yoghurt and vegetarian sausage. Various restaurants and shops close by. Ample private parking. Check out is 10.30am. Sorry, only children over 10 years old accepted and the full adult rate will be charged. Please note that there are two small dogs on the premises.

Nagoya is a modern house overlooking Lake Windermere, established over the last 20 years the house is furnished to a high standard, all rooms are ground level and have doors leading out to sun terrace, one room has a large jacuzzi bath, one with log fire and settee with own dinning table where breakfast can be served in your room. The dinning room is on the first floor with magnificent views over the lake to claiffe Heights. A full English Breakfast is served, but vegetarians are catered for. Quiet position yet only 3 mins walk to the lake and village. We also provide our guests with free membership to Parkland Country Club only 100yards away. Swimming pool, gym, squash, badminton etc. can be found at the club. If you stay with us you will not be dissapointed, we give the discerning traveler real value for money.

Prior arrangement is needed.A minimum of 2 nights at weekends and a minimum of 3 nights on bank holidays.Free leisure facilities are a short distance away at a local country club. It has a swimming pool sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, badminton, small gym, tanning, snooker tables, bar, and pool table (fee applies for pool table). Towel hire fron the Country Club is aprox £1 per towel .
